Adam
begins his first year on the Academy as a left
arm seamer and right hand top order batter. He
had an impressive 2007 season and was selected
for the South Regional squad as well as being
part of the South pace bowling skill set programme.
Adam made his debut for the under 17 county side
this summer despite being 14. He plays club cricket
for Bexley and attends BETHS |

Bilings |
Sam
played for the England Under 16 side this summer
and represented the county 2nd XI as well. He
is a wicketkeeper and top order batter who is
also involved in the national skill set programme.
Sam played Kent League cricket for Hartley this
summer and he attends Haileybury school. This
will be his third year with the Kent Academy. |

Alex
Blake |
Alex
represented the England under 19 team last winter
and made his first team debut for the county towards
the end of the 2007 summer. He is a top order
left handed batter and right arm medium pace bowler.
He is spending the first part of the winter training
and playing in Perth, Australia. He continued
to play club cricket for Beckenham in the Kent
Premier League over the summer. |

Coles |
Matt
joined the Academy in 2007 after impressing in
the off season. He is a right arm fast bowler
and left hand batter. He made his debut for the
county 2nd XI this summer and was also an important
part of the county under 17 team. Matt played
for The Mote in 2007 and he attends Mid Kent College. |

Tom
Elliot |
Tom
captained the county under 15 side this summer
and was also part of the Tunbridge Wells team
that won the national under 15 Portman Cup. He
is a left arm spinner and right handed batter.
Tom played for Tonbridge school 1st XI this summer
and he is now in his second year with the Academy. |

Goodman |
James
captained the England under 16 side over the summer
which was a reward for his outstanding leadership
skills. He performed well in county 2nd XI cricket
and continues to develop as a top order batter
and right arm seamer. James was the Academy Player
of the season for 2007 and is part of the regional
skill set programme for batting. He attends St
Olaves school. |

James
impressed against Sri Lanka A during 2007 and
despite being hampered by a long term injury,
he performed well in county 2nd XI cricket. He
is involved in the national skill set programme
for pace bowlers and he plays his club cricket
for Lordswood. He is a right arm pace bowler and
right hand middle order batter. James is in his
final year at Maidstone Grammar school. |

Piesley |
Chris
represented England Under 15 this summer after
a very successful Bunbury festival where he was
voted player of the tournament. He is a left handed
top order batter who continues to play his club
cricket at Gore Court. Chris also bowls off spin
and he is in his final GCSE year at Fulston Manor
school. |

Hugo
played some county 2nd XI cricket this summer
and he is a right arm pace bowler and right handed
batter. He was part of the St Lawrence & Highland
Court team who won the KPL this summer. He attends
Tonbridge school where he is taking his AS levels. |

Dan
Stickels |
Dan
played several matches for the county 2nd XI this
summer as an opening batter. He is a left handed
batter who had another successful season for Tenterden
1st XI helping them gain promotion to Kent League
Division 1. Dan played regularly for the county
under 17 side this summer and he has just begun
his AS levels at Homewood school. |
